Felix Group Holdings Ltd (ASX: FLX) has announced the successful acquisition of an enterprise contract with NRW Holdings (ASX: NWH), a prominent ASX-listed provider of diversified contract services in Australia's resources and infrastructure sectors. This 3-year agreement grants NRW licensing access to Felix's modules. The contract holds significant importance for Felix, accounting for approximately 7% of their Contractor's Annual Recurring Revenue as of Q3 FY23.
This enterprise contract with NRW follows Felix's previous successful collaboration with Primero, a subsidiary of NRW, showcasing the value and potential for upselling within larger parent organizations of Felix's existing customer base. Using Felix's platform, NRW aims to optimize and standardize its procurement and supply chain management across its subsidiaries. This 3-year agreement solidifies Felix's partnership with NRW Holdings, a prominent construction and mining contractor headquartered in Perth.
