Finalization of iTech Energys Acquisition of the Reynolds Range Project

Prodigy Gold NL (ASX: PRX) has completed the acquisition of the Reynolds Range Project, finalizing two binding Tenement Sale and Purchase Agreements with iTech Energy Pty Ltd, a subsidiary of iTech Minerals Ltd ASX. This transaction grants iTech 100% ownership of Prodigy Gold’s interest in three tenements in the Reynolds Range area, marking the completion of a deal first announced on February 23, 2024.

This divestment will reduce tenement holding costs and provide funds for exploration in Prodigy Gold’s 100% owned gold projects in the Tanami North area. Prodigy Gold expressed excitement for iTech's development of the Reynolds Range project and highlighted an agreed royalty that will allow them to benefit from future mining successes. The divestment consists of two Sale and Purchase Agreements covering specific tenements, with all conditions now fulfilled.
