Fertoz Ltd has raised AU$1.225 million to accelerate phosphate development.

Aug 21, 2024

Fertoz Ltd (ASX: FTZ) secured AU$1.225 million through a Share Placement with sophisticated and professional investors, surpassing the initial target of AU$1.0 million.

The company is actively exploring the potential of its high-grade, low-impurity rock phosphate assets for use in the Canadian agricultural market and the promising lithium iron phosphate battery market. It is at the forefront of innovation with plans to conduct crucial tests on existing Wapiti rock phosphate core samples to assess their suitability for integration into LFP cathode material for electric vehicles and LFP storage batteries. The funds raised through the placement will be instrumental in advancing its mining operations at the Fernie deposits in British Columbia, Canada, and fortifying its general working capital.
