Expanding Lithium Prospects: Yinnetharra Joint Ventures

Delta Lithium Limited (ASX: DLI) has finalized Farm-In Joint Venture Agreements with Voltaic Strategic Resources Ltd (ASX: VSR) and Reach Resources Limited (ASX: RR1), bolstering its presence in Western Australia's Gascoyne region. The agreements allow Delta to earn up to 80% ownership of additional tenements adjacent to its Yinnetharra Lithium Project.

These agreements mark an expansion of Delta's footprint by over 30% to 1,769km². The agreements cover the Ti Tree Project (243km²) with VSR and Morrissey Hill and Camel Hill Projects (170km²) with RR1. Delta's upfront payment of approximately $4.5 million secures the right to earn-in. Managing Director James Croser emphasizes the strategic collaboration's potential to enhance lithium operations. The agreements outline stages for Delta's investment and management responsibilities, ensuring mutual benefit and potential for regional-scale projects.
