Energy Resources of Australia Ltd (ERA) has shared an update regarding its AU$880 million Entitlement Offer first announced on 29 August 2024. Zentree Investments Limited and Packer & Co Ltd submitted a review request following the Takeovers Panel's initial decision to not proceed with their prior application. With the Takeovers Panel President's consent, the review Panel has now decided to conduct proceedings. Due to the uncertainty this has caused, ERA’s Independent Board Committee will announce a revised Entitlement Offer timetable after the outcome of the Review Application is determined.
ERA will continue to keep shareholders informed of any significant developments.
