Enova Mining Secures AU$1.5 million Placement to Advance Key Projects.

Enova Mining Limited (ASX: ENV) has successfully raised AU$1.5 million through a placement to sophisticated and professional investors, with GBA Capital Pty. Ltd. as the lead broker. The funds will be utilized for the development of the CODA project in Brazil, Charley Creek project in Australia, and Lithium Valley tenements, alongside general working capital. The placement will be completed in two tranches, with shareholders’ approval required for the second tranche. Participants will receive one listed ENVO option for every share subscribed, exercisable at AU$0.012 by December 2028.

The raised funds will facilitate key activities such as metallurgical testing, shallow drilling, geochemical sampling, and process improvements. Significant progress was noted at the CODA project, which has been identified as a world-class opportunity with extensive mineralization. Enova continues to explore new project opportunities and strengthen its focus on critical minerals for a sustainable future.
