EML Payments appoint Ms Emma Shand as Managing Director and CEO

EML Payments Limited (ASX: EML) announced the appointment of Ms Emma Shand as Managing Director and CEO post the resignation of Mr Tom Cregan. Ms Shand is a successful executive and has 25 years’ global experience in technology, capital markets as well as diversified financial services across 30 different countries. This includes more than 16 years’ senior management roles with NASDAQ.

Ms Shand has deep executive experience in several operating & technology environments and varied cultural backgrounds. She has worked with extremely regulated markets, governments and disruptive businesses across various sectors. In light of EML Payment’s significant European business, Ms Shand will devote substantive time and existence in Europe.
