Eagle Mountain Mining Completes Renounceable Entitlement Offer

Eagle Mountain Mining Limited (ASX: EM2) has successfully closed its Renounceable Entitlement Offer, raising AU$1,620,690 from shareholder applications. Together with underwriting commitments, the funds will support copper and base metals exploration at the Silver Mountain Project, target reviews at Wedgetail, including assessing the commercial viability of tailings sales, and the evaluation of new projects. 

The Offer had a shortfall of AU$4,789,833 (598,729,227 shares), with AU$4,148,781 (518,597,625 shares) covered under underwriting commitments. CEO Tim Mason expressed gratitude for shareholder support despite market challenges and emphasized the company’s commitment to advancing its projects. The Board is working with the underwriter to finalize allocations. The Entitlement Offer, priced at AU$0.008 per share, included one free attaching option for every four shares, exercisable at AU$0.016 within 30 months. Eagle Mountain remains focused on strengthening its project pipeline and delivering long-term value.
