Dundas Minerals Limited (ASX: DUN) secured two promising gold projects in the Kalgoorlie region through a binding agreement with Horizon Minerals Limited (ASX: HRZ). The projects, Windanya and Baden-Powell / Scotia, are situated around 60km north of Kalgoorlie and 30km north of the Paddington Mill in Western Australia. Windanya encompasses 13 contiguous Prospecting Licences spanning 19km², strategically positioned west of the Bardoc Tectonic Zone.
On the other hand, the Baden-Powell / Scotia project includes two Mining Licences and four Prospecting Licences held by Horizon, along with three Prospecting Licence applications by Dundas Minerals. This project area covers 20.54km² and enjoys a favourable location near established infrastructure. Dundas Minerals is finalizing exploration plans for these projects, focusing on extensive soil and/or auger sampling to uncover potential gold mineralization and other mineral anomalies.
