OzAurum Resources Ltd (ASX: OZM) has commenced drilling at a newly identified cross-fault target within its 260,000-oz Mulgabbie North Gold Project. Located 1.3km south of previous air-core drilling along the highly prospective Relief Shear corridor, this target represents a significant opportunity to uncover untapped gold resources. Historical exploration, including reverse circulation and RAB drilling over 38 years ago, revealed promising gold mineralisation that was never fully explored.
The current 32-hole air-core drilling program aims to test fresh rock at this site, with additional exploration of a 4km paleochannel planned for 2025. High-grade intercepts, including 162.5 g/t Au, highlight the potential for substantial discoveries. OzAurum is committed to advancing exploration at Mulgabbie North to unlock shareholder value and expand its resource base in one of Western Australia’s most promising gold corridors.
