Drilling at the Island Gold Project reported high gold grades of up to 34.9 g/t

Caprice Resources Ltd (ASX: CRS) has reported outstanding results from its Phase 1 Reverse Circulation drilling at the Island Gold Project, confirming multiple thick, high-grade gold mineralisation zones. Significant intercepts at Vadrians Hill include 28m @ 6.4 g/t gold from 114m, with higher-grade sections of 12m @ 7.8 g/t and 4m @ 16.4 g/t. Baxter/Golconda also returned promising results, including 12m @ 3.9 g/t from 90m, with 6m @ 5.9 g/t.

These results highlight strong structural controls and mineralisation continuity along a 5km strike between historical workings at New Orient and Shamrock. Encouragingly, multiple stacked lodes have been intersected at depth, presenting a substantial maiden resource opportunity. The 5,000m RC drill program is ongoing, with Phase 2 set to test additional high-priority targets. Caprice Resources remains focused on unlocking the full potential of the Island Gold Project as drilling continues in the coming months.
