Delorean Corporation Limited (ASX: DEL) announced signing a binding Facility Agreement and Options Deed for a substantial 3-year corporate finance facility package of up to AU$30 million. It confirms that Tanarra has reached a financial investment decision regarding the facility. The core binding step will enable Delorean to commence construction of its first shovel-ready build, own, and operate bioenergy infrastructure project, which holds the pot it believes will create substantial shareholder value.
The funding will be deployed to finance the construction of the SA1 Project, which is expected to commence in Q4 2024, pending Delorean's Final Investment Decision. Additionally, Tanarra's Equity Options associated with the facility are to be voluntarily escrowed for 12 months from financial close. The company are thrilled about the opportunities and looks forward to delivering substantial value through these developments.
