COSOL Limited (ASX: COS) has secured significant managed services contracts with major state government agencies in Queensland and Western Australia. COSOL will provide managed services and an infrastructure upgrade for QBuild, Queensland’s construction organization responsible for maintaining government assets such as schools and health facilities. The three-year contract, valued at approximately AU$10 million, includes options for two one-year extensions worth an additional AU$5.2 million. Services will begin in May 2024, contributing to revenue and earnings in FY25.
Additionally, COSOL has been awarded a contract by Horizon Power to manage its enterprise resource planning system. Although not materially significant, this contract enhances COSOL’s presence in the Western Australian utilities market. CEO Scott McGowan highlighted these contracts as a testament to COSOL’s expertise and its strategy to build long-term, trusted relationships with clients.
