Corporate Update Treasury and Leadership

DigitalX Limited (ASX: DCC) has provided its monthly update for 28 February 2025, covering treasury holdings and leadership changes. The company continued its treasury strategy by increasing its Solana holdings, acquiring and staking an additional 17,396 SOL, and generating 667 SOL through staking. By the end of February, total holdings reached 63,271.7 SOL, with a staking yield of 9.6% p.a., outperforming the network’s 7.0% average.

February saw significant volatility in digital assets, with Bitcoin and Solana declining 19.4% and 42.8%, respectively. The largest crypto hack occurred this month, with approximately AU$2.3 billion stolen from Bybit. DigitalX confirmed it had no exposure to this event, emphasizing the importance of institutional-grade custody. Meanwhile, Greg Dooley stepped down as interim CEO. The Board is continuing its search for a permanent CEO while focusing on financial growth and cost efficiency.
