Coree Energy Minerals Limited has raised AU$3.7 million

Core Energy Minerals Limited (ASX: CR3) has secured firm commitments for AU$ 3.7 million in capital raised through a two-tranche placement of new shares at AU$ 0.019 per share. The placement received strong support from institutional, professional, and sophisticated investors, including all company directors. Notably, Mr. Jose Luis Manzano, Founder and President of Integra Capital, has joined as a substantial shareholder with an AU$1.15 million investment.

The funds will position Core Energy to advance its exploration efforts in South Australia and Brazil. On-ground work at the Cummins Project in South Australia, including mapping, confirmatory drilling, and geophysical surveys, is set to begin in Q1 2025. Drilling will commence upon receiving statutory approvals. The company will also develop drill targets for its uranium portfolio in Brazil and Namibia.
