Core Lithium appointed Mr. Doug Warden as CFO

Core Lithium limited (ASX: CXO) has appointed Mr. Doug Warden as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He is a seasoned CFO with a 30-year track record of managing the financial activities of complicated enterprises. He has held various top financial, commercial, and leadership positions in the resources, agricultural, and professional services industries.

Doug began his professional services career at KPMG and Ernst & Young. He has substantial mining sector expertise in Australia, the United States, and Africa. Doug is a Chartered Accountant who also holds a Master of Business Administration. He will take over on April 17, 2023, after a smooth transfer from temporary CFO Andrew Forman.
