Conico Launches Placement, Underwritten Entitlement Offer and Confirms Board Changes.
Conico Ltd (ASX: CNJ) has secured firm commitments for an AU$300,000 share placement, issuing 37.5 million shares at AU$0.008 each to sophisticated investors under its Listing Rule 7.1 capacity. Templar Corporate will receive a combined 6% fee for managing and placing funds. Alongside the placement, Conico is progressing a fully underwritten one-for-one non-renounceable entitlement offer targeting approximately AU$2.5 million, open to eligible shareholders in Australia and New Zealand. Key dates span from the offer document lodgement on 12 December 2025 to the expected issue of new securities on 12 January 2026.
Funds raised will support drilling at the Mt Thirsty Joint Venture, exploration activities across Conico’s Greenland assets, evaluation of new opportunities, and general working capital. The company also confirmed governance updates, with Mr. Guy Le Page formally commencing as Executive Chairman, joining independent directors Greg Solomon and Simon Mitchell.
