Chrysos Corporation Limited (ASX:C79) has secured firm commitments for an AU$75 million institutional Placement, fortifying its position to expand deployment of PhotonAssayTM units and fuel accelerated growth. This move closely follows their global partnership with Barrick Gold and MSALABS, enabling the potential deployment of up to 13 PhotonAssayTM units across Barrick mine sites on four continents by DY2025.
Upon settlement, Chrysos anticipates a robust cash balance of approximately AU$108 million and AU$22 million in untapped debt capacity, strengthening its financial standing. The company is in advanced talks to extend its debt facilities. These funds not only support Chrysos' existing deployment commitments but also offer flexibility to enhance annual deployment capacity in line with the expanding sales pipeline. The successful Placement, involving approximately 11.4 million new fully paid ordinary shares at AU$6.60 per share, ensures a well-capitalized Chrysos ready to meet its strategic objectives.
