Charger has acquired 100% ownership of the Bynoe Lithium Project

Charger Metals NL (ASX: CHR) announced the successful acquisition of the remaining 30% of the Bynoe Lithium Project in the Northern Territory from Livium Ltd for a cash consideration of AU$500,000. By attaining 100% ownership of the Bynoe Lithium Project, Charger is strategically positioned to maximize potential exploration success for the Company and its shareholders. It firmly believes this region represents the largest underexplored area within the Finniss pegmatite field.

It is situated inside a prospective lithium structural corridor and just 20 km from the strategically important spodumene beneficiation plant at Grant's. The high-grade mineralization trends northeast towards its Bynoe Project and is projected to extend within 50 meters of its tenement boundary, signaling a promising future for its exploration efforts.
