CGR presents its Activities Report and Appendix 5B, ending September 2023

CGN Resources Ltd (ASX: CGR) announces the release of its Activities Report and Appendix 5B, summarizing the period ending 30th September 2023. These past three months have been hectic and fruitful for CGNR. In July 2023, CGNR entered a mandate with joint lead managers Oracle Capital and 708 Capital to facilitate an initial public offering (“IPO”) for listing on the ASX. The IPO aimed to raise between AU$8 million to AU$10 million by issuing 40,000,000 to 50,000,000 shares at AU$0.20 per share.

During this period, it completed all necessary permitting for its inaugural drilling program, focusing on base metals at the project site. As part of its commitment to value creation for shareholders through efficient exploration, it mobilized a technical team and drillers to initiate two 600m diamond drill holes, one at each of its Tantor and Surus targets.
