Caprice Resources Ltd has successfully raised AU$2.5 million through a placement

Caprice Resources Ltd (ASX: CRS) announced that it had secured firm commitments to raise AU$2.5 million through a successful placement to sophisticated investors at AU$ 0.024 per share. This capital injection will significantly enhance the Company’s balance sheet, positioning Caprice for remarkable growth by exploring its promising high-grade Murchison Gold and West Arunta Projects.

The primary focus will be the initiation of drilling at the Island Gold Project, strategically located about 15 kilometers away from the high-grade Break of Day Deposit owned by Ramelius Resources. This strategic location, sharing a similar geological and structural setting, enhances its potential for success. The funds raised will drive the Company’s rapid expansion through an aggressive exploration drilling campaign at its Murchison Gold Projects.
