Cassius Mining Limited (ASX: CMD) has announced a loyalty-based bonus issue aimed at rewarding existing shareholders while preserving the Company’s cash position. Under the proposed offer, eligible shareholders will receive one new option for every eight ordinary shares held on the record date of 18 June 2026. The new options will carry an exercise price of AU$0.03 per share and will expire on 8 June 2029 if not exercised.
