Bubs Australia announced the 2QFY23 quarterly activities report

Bubs Australia Limited (ASX: BUB) announced the 2QFY23 quarterly activities report and appendix 4C cash flow statement:

During 2QFY23, the company reported a 28% increase in its Australia division’s gross revenue, contributing 42% of quarterly sales.

• International Q2 Gross Revenue (Inc. USA) increased 26% compared to the previous corresponding period (PCP), and 1HFY23 was up 93% (PCP).
• China Q2 Gross Revenue was down 66% compared to the previous corresponding period as prolonged COVID lockdowns caused significant disruption.
• During 2QFY23, the company finalised definitive agreements with China JV partner and lodgment of SAMR submission for Bubs® China Label Infant Formula under the new GB standards, providing a regulatory pathway into General Trade.
• Bubs Australia has been awarded as ‘2022 Australian Exporter of the Year’ at the 60th Australian Export Awards.
• As at 31 December 2022, the company had cash reserves of AU$51.4 million.
