BTC has appointed a new chief financial officer and company secretary

BTC Health Limited (ASX: BTC) has announced the appointment of Salesh Balak as its new Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary, effective 17 March 2025. This move aligns with BTC’s growth strategy and coincides with the promotion of Josh Kahanovitz, the current Head of Finance, to Chief Operating Officer.

Salesh brings over 18 years of financial leadership experience from Universal Biosensors Australia and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and Certified Practicing Accountants. BTC’s current Company Secretary, Tracy Weimar, will step down on 16 March 2025. Executive Chairman Dr. Richard Treagus welcomed Salesh, highlighting his extensive experience in high-growth healthcare and medical companies, which will be instrumental in BTC’s expansion.
