Broo Limited (ASX: BEE) has undergone significant changes in its board composition. Mr. James Li and Mr. Scott Chen have resigned as Non-Executive Chair and Non-Executive Director, respectively. Mr. David Zhu is transitioning from his role as Executive Director to Non-Executive Director. The Company has appointed Mr. Peter Yong Pan as the new Executive Chair and Mr. Michael Chen as the Executive Director. The Company is currently working on finalizing remuneration agreements with Mr. Pan and Mr. Chen, with details to be disclosed in the near future.
Mr. Peter Pan holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering and a Diploma in Commercial Marketing. He brings over 30 years of trading and financial services experience with extensive business connections in the Asia Pacific Region. Mr. Pan previously served as the general manager of Australia United Trading Pty Ltd, specializing in import and export products. Mr. Michael Chen, with a B.Sc., has over 17 years of international trading experience across various sectors in regions such as Oceania and Greater China. These appointments signify a strategic shift for Broo Limited.
