Brickworks reports record Half-Year earnings and increased property trust value

On 23 March 2023, Building Products Australia a division of Brickworks Limited (ASX: BKW) and comprises of Austral Bricks, which is the largest brick manufacturer in the country, declared that the company achieved:

• A record underlying Net Profit After Tax (NPAT) of AU$410 million for the half-year that ended on 31 January 2023. This represents a 24% increase from the prior corresponding period.
• Property Trusts' net asset value increased by AU$ 484 million to AU$ 2,238 million.
•  Building Products maintained steady EBITDA, with growth in North America offsetting a slight decline in Australia.
•  Investments' EBITDA increased by 37% to AU$100 million.
•  Brickworks' interim dividend of 23 cents per share maintains its impressive 47-year record of consistently maintaining or increasing dividends.
