BPH Energy completes its non-renounceable rights issue

BPH Energy Ltd (ASX: BPH) announced the completion of shortfall allotments for its non-renounceable rights issue to eligible shareholders. The rights issue closed on 23 September 2022 and the shortfall allotments have been completed. These shares were issued on 13 October 2022. The offer was on the basis of one fully paid ordinary share in the capital of the Company for each 25 shares held at the record date at an issue price of AU$0.013 per Share along with one free attaching option for each one Share subscribed for.

Under the non-renounceable rights offer, the Company raised AU$400,000. The Company will use this fund into clean hydrogen technology as well as funding for exploration and development of the Company’s oil and gas investments.
