Boss Energy Limited secured a sales agreement for uranium

Boss Energy Limited (ASX: BOE) has reached a significant milestone by entering into its inaugural binding sales agreement for uranium supply from the Honeymoon Project in South Australia. The agreement encompasses the sale of 1 million pounds of uranium to a significant publicly-listed US power utility, signifying a substantial transaction for Boss Energy Limited. This marks a pivotal development for Boss Energy, solidifying its position in the uranium market and contributing to the advancement of the Honeymoon Project's strategic objectives.

The seven-year deal is set to commence in 2025 and run until the end of 2031, with pricing based on market rates, including a ceiling and floor price that surpasses Boss' forecast production costs. The agreement aligns with industry standards, marking a significant milestone for Boss and contributing to the de-risking of the Honeymoon Project.
