Benz Mining Expands Gold Portfolio with Acquisition of Western Australia Projects from Spartan Resources.

Benz Mining Corp. (ASX: BNZ) has signed a binding agreement to acquire the Glenburgh and Mt Egerton Gold Projects in Western Australia from Spartan Resources Limited. This acquisition aligns with Benz’s strategy to expand as a multi-jurisdictional, gold-focused company, enhancing its portfolio with high-grade projects. Glenburgh, which has a Mineral Resource Estimate of 16.3Mt at 1g/t Au for 510,100 ounces, and Mt Egerton, known for the high-grade Hibernian Underground Mine, add significant exploration potential. To fund the acquisition, Benz secured AU$4 million in commitments through a placement to sophisticated investors. Spartan will hold a 15% stake in Benz, with its General Manager, Nick Jolly, joining Benz’s board.

The capital raised will support immediate exploration activities. Benz plans to use advanced geoscientific techniques to maximize the untapped potential of these assets, creating substantial growth opportunities alongside its high-grade Eastmain Gold Project in Quebec.
