Bell Financial Group Limited (ASX: BFG) issued a company update. Alastair Provan, who currently serves as the Executive Chairman, will retire from this role, but he will continue to contribute his expertise as a Non-Executive Director on the company's Board.
Notably, Arnie Selvarajah and Dean Davenport will join the roles of Co-Chief Executive Officers for Bell Financial Group. Mr. Selvarajah brings a wealth of experience to this position, having served as the CEO of Bell Direct, a subsidiary of the Group, since 2008. With over 25 years of experience in stockbroking, technology, and the broader financial services sector, he has held significant roles with renowned institutions like CBA, CommSec, and Bankers Trust. Mr. Davenport, who has been with the Group for over two decades, will leverage his extensive financial services background in his new role. He has previously worked at KPMG and held positions as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of the Group.
