Australian Rare Earths Limited Encouraging Uranium Discovery at Overland

Australian Rare Earths Limited (ASX: AR3) has reported highly encouraging results from its ongoing exploration drilling at the Overland Uranium Project. The 2025 program began on 30 January and successfully identified a new shallow uranium occurrence within EL7001 and the Sheer Gold Farm-In tenure, EL6678. Drillhole OV047 intersected a 6-meter interval from 27 meters containing anomalous gamma and pXRF uranium readings, peaking at 741 cps and 105 ppm U, respectively. This surficial uranium occurrence is similar to deposits in Namibia and Western Australia.

The discovery highlights the potential for shallow calcrete-hosted and deeper palaeochannel-hosted ISR uranium deposits. AR3 has confirmed the southern extension of a key palaeovalley, reinforcing the project's overall prospectivity. With follow-up drilling set to begin in March and rapid assay analysis underway, AR3 remains committed to further delineating this exciting uranium discovery, with additional results expected through April 2025.
