Austco Expands with Amentco Acquisition

Austco Healthcare Limited (ASX: AHC) has finalized a Share Purchase Agreement to acquire 100% of Amentco Enterprise Group Ltd., a communications and security solutions provider. This move aims to bolster Austco's direct sales capabilities in Australia, mirroring successful models in other regions. The acquisition, expected to conclude by May 1, 2024, will diversify Austco's offerings to include security solutions for Australian healthcare providers.

Benefits include expanded market presence, diversified product offerings, revenue synergies, operational efficiencies, talent retention, and enhanced competitive advantage. The acquisition, valued at $10.6 million, will be cash-free and debt-free, with an upfront payment and potential earnout.
