Aurumin Limited (ASX: AUN) reported that it has secured firm commitments for 19.0 million shares to raise AU$760,000 (before costs) through a placement with sophisticated and professional investors at AU$0.04 per Share. Participants in the placement will receive one quotation option for each share subscribed for and issued under the entitlement offer.
Fund raised via the placement will be used towards exploration on the company’s projects, including its wholly owned Central Sandstone Project, and for general working capital requirement and to pay the costs of the Capital Raising.
The company is also undertaking a non-renounceable entitlement offer, to raise up to approximately AU$3.9 million at a price of AU$0.04 per Share, on the basis of one new share for every two shares held on the record date and one free attaching Quoted Option for every one share subscribed for and issued under the Entitlement Offer.
