Atturra completes the acquisition of Sydney-based ComActivity

Atturra Limited (ASX: ATA) announced the acquisition of ComActivity through its subsidiary Galaxy42 Group Pty Ltd. This marks the completion of the three acquisitions outlined in Atturra’s Capital Raising presentation on 13 November 2024. The AU$ 9 million upfront cash purchase, with up to AU$ 5.5 million deferred considerations tied to EBITDA targets for FY25 and FY26, reflects a 6.95x EBITDA multiple.

ComActivity, based in Sydney, specializes in innovative manufacturing solutions leveraging Infor’s M3 product suite. This acquisition brings 61 new manufacturing clients to Atturra, strengthening its ERP solutions in Australia and New Zealand while expanding its Infor M3 expertise alongside its existing Infor Pathway capabilities. The acquisition enhances Atturra’s position as a digital transformation leader in the manufacturing sector, offering cross-sell opportunities for its broader services and products.
