Atomos Announces Leadership Changes and Recapitalization Plan

Atomos Limited (ASX: AMS) has announced significant changes, including the end of the trading suspension on ASX shares, as part of a broader recapitalization plan. Managing Director and CEO, Mr Trevor Elborne, has resigned with immediate effect. Co-founder Mr Jeromy Young, who held the CEO position for over a decade, returns as the new Managing Director and CEO.

 Jeromy retired in November 2021 and has maintained industry alignment. CFO Mr James Cody, after nearly seven years, will leave in January 2024, pursuing other interests. Atomos, led by Mr Jeromy Young, expresses gratitude to Elborne and Cody for their contributions, emphasizing Elborne's role in shaping technology strategy and Cody's instrumental role in the 2018 listing. The company plans a thorough CFO replacement search.
