Aspens Final Takeover Offer Deemed Unfair by Independent Evaluation

The Board of Eureka Group Holdings Limited (ASX: EGH) has issued a supplementary target’s statement regarding Aspen Group Limited's off-market takeover offer. Aspen's third supplementary bidder's statement increased the offer to 0.28 Aspen securities per Eureka share, deemed "best and final."

However, the independent expert's report by Lonergan Edwards & Associates Limited concludes this offer is neither fair nor reasonable for Eureka shareholders not associated with Aspen. Eureka directors unanimously advise shareholders to reject the revised offer and disregard any documents from Aspen. This announcement is endorsed by Eureka’s Board of Directors.
