Askari Metals Limited Completes Acquisition of Hillside Lithium Project

Askari Metals Limited (ASX: AS2) has successfully acquired the Hillside Lithium Project, a significant milestone for the company. Located in Western Australia's Tambourah Lithium District, Hillside spans approximately 60 km2 and offers great potential for a Greenfield lithium discovery. It is strategically positioned alongside Eastern Resources' Trigg Hill and East Curlew Projects, as well as Trek Metals Limited's Tambourah North Project.

Despite being under-explored and never drill-tested, the project holds promise due to the presence of extensive pegmatite swarms and the ongoing exploration activities in the greater Tambourah area. By securing this acquisition, Askari Metals aims to establish itself as a key landholder in the Pilbara region, known for its lithium, cesium, and tantalum resources. The transaction was executed by the acquisition of 100% of the issued capital of Greenstone Lithium Limited, according to the binding Share Sale Agreement.
