Askari Metals Appoints CPS Capital to Strengthen Capital Markets Strategy for African Expansion

Askari Metals Limited (ASX: AS2) has appointed CPS Capital Group Pty Ltd as its strategic capital markets advisor for a 12-month term to support the Company’s growth and execution of its African exploration strategy. CPS Capital brings extensive experience in the global mining and resources sector, with a proven track record in equity capital markets and M&A advisory. Under the agreement, Askari will issue AU$90,000 worth of shares at a deemed price of 1.3 cents, totalling 6,923,077 shares, under its existing ASX Listing Rule 7.1 placement capacity.

CPS Capital will engage with existing and prospective investors to deploy a comprehensive capital markets strategy to enhance Askari’s corporate profile and reach. The partnership will help accelerate Askari’s transition into a focused African exploration company. With several advanced project evaluations underway, Askari will leverage CPS Capital’s global network to drive value through strategic acquisitions and disciplined project development.
