Askari Management Update

Askari Metals Limited (ASX: AS2) announced the termination of Mr. Gino D'Anna as Managing Director. He will serve a three-week notice period before transitioning to a non-executive director role with the company. The Board is confident that the termination will cause minimal disruption to Askari's operations, as a strong operational team supports it. Until a replacement Managing or Executive Director is appointed, the Board will collectively manage the company's strategic duties.

Additionally, Askari has appointed Mr. Stuart Usher as Company Secretary and CFO. Mr. Usher is a CPA and Chartered Company Secretary with 30 years of experience in corporate affairs. He holds an MBA from the University of Western Australia and brings expertise in corporate and financial management, strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and investor relations. His appointment strengthens Askari's leadership team as the company continues its business operations.
