Argonaut Resources NL (ASX: ARE) has acquired two promising uranium exploration projects, Mundaerno and Radium Hill South, close to their existing Frome project in South Australia. The Mundaerno project, situated near the Honeymoon Uranium Mine, holds potential for sedimentary-hosted uranium deposits. Orpheus Minerals Ltd, a subsidiary of Argonaut, is currently reviewing historical data to kickstart exploration activities once tenure is granted.
The Radium Hill South project has received an Exploration Release Area (ERA) award from the South Australian government. It features five uranium occurrences within the Olary Palaeovalley System, offering compelling targets for investigation. Like Mundaerno, this project is also poised for rapid exploration once tenure is secured. These acquisitions significantly expand Argonaut's uranium asset portfolio in a promising region, thanks to the SA Government's support. The company expresses its commitment to fulfilling the expectations associated with these new projects.
