Anson Acquires Strategic Lithium Project in Paradox Basin, Utah

Anson Resources Limited (ASX: ASN) has reached an agreement to acquire the Green Energy Lithium Project from Legacy Lithium Corp. This acquisition will consolidate the Paradox Lithium Project area, resulting in a contiguous mineralized block covering a total of 231.35 km2, an 8% increase in land area. The newly acquired project includes 208 placer claims adjacent to the Paradox Project.

The area also encompasses 18 historic oil and gas wells, three of which have recorded lithium values. These wells will be used for upgrading the JORC Mineral Resource of the project. Anson anticipates a 14% increase in the Exploration Target with this purchase. The Green Energy Lithium Project has the potential to enhance the existing JORC Mineral Resource estimate at Paradox without the need for additional drilling. Plans have been made to re-enter the Cane Creek Fed 11-1 well, and the necessary permits have been submitted.
