AML3D Secures AU$6.9 million to Establish US Manufacturing Hub

AML3D Limited (ASX: AL3) successfully raised AU$3.9 million through a rights issue supported by existing shareholders, supplemented by a Shortfall Placement. An additional AU$3.0 million was raised via an Additional Placement due to high demand from institutional and sophisticated investors. These funds will enable AML3D to establish a US manufacturing hub, maintain its technology edge, and strengthen its position in the US Defense sector.

The rights issue involved the allocation of 78.5 million new shares at AU$0.05 each. Bell Potter, Taylor Collison, and Cerberus Advisory led the capital raising efforts. The overall funding, totaling AU$6.9 million, ensures AML3D's strategic expansion into the US market, particularly targeting defense, marine, oil & gas, and aerospace sectors. This expansion aligns with AML3D’s goal to capitalize on the robust US defense contracts already secured in 2023.
