Althea Group Extends Contract with Electric Brands Inc for Peaks Signs

Althea Group Holdings Ltd (ASX: AGH), a prominent player in cannabis-based medicines and recreational products, proudly announces a 2.5-year extension of its Contract Manufacturing Agreement (CMA) through its subsidiary, Peak Processing Solutions. The deal with Electric Brands Inc. (EBI) involves the sale of cannabis-infused beverages, aligning with EBI's substantial annualized sales of about 1.12 million units.

EBI's renowned cannabis beverage line, which includes Sweet Justice and other variants, enjoys availability across Canadian provinces and even in Michigan. EBI's recent shipment of 560,000 cannabis beverage units in H1 2023 underscores its market strength, estimating sales of approximately CAD$5.4 million. The deal capitalizes on the anticipated CAD$134.4 million value of the Canadian cannabis beverage sector in 2023.
