Market Alert: ASX200 at Critical Support – Reversal or Further Fall?
Koonenberry Gold Limited (ASX: KNB) has reported further visible gold intersections in its third and fourth drill holes at the Enmore Gold Project in northeast NSW, reinforcing its potential. This follows previously announced visible gold in the first two drill holes. Notably, multiple zones of visible gold have been identified, with drill hole 25ENDD003 intersecting gold between 252.35m and 264.96m, while drill hole 25ENDD004 has gold occurrences between 146.1m and 237.84m. The presence of broad alteration zones and veining, along with structural data, suggests a 125m x 550m mineralized corridor, which remains open along the strike.
Despite delays caused by ex-Tropical Cyclone Alfred, drilling is set to resume shortly, with 1,355.9m completed of the planned ~3,000m program. Initial assay results are expected in April 2025, with early findings confirming the project's lead-bearing structures and potential for further discoveries.
