DC Metals Limited (ASX: ADC) has reported promising results from aircore drilling at the Goschen Central heavy mineral sand (HMS) and rare earth element (REE) project in western Victoria, Australia. The extensive 7.5 km² drill program has revealed consistent high-grade mineralization, reinforcing the project's potential for development. Notable intercepts include 19.5m @ 2.44% HM, 25.5m @ 1.93% HM, 21.0m @ 3.21% HM, and others, showcasing substantial heavy mineral content.
These results follow successful roadside drilling, confirming the tenement's rich heavy mineral reserves. ACDC Metals is now poised for a maiden JORC resource estimate in October, aiming to substantiate the project's viability as a high-value mineral sands endeavor. The results from the 73 aircore drill holes conducted in April 2023 increase confidence in the upcoming mineral resource estimate. The company's strategy aligns with the tenement's potential for a robust mineral sands project with magnetic rare earth elements. The pending mineral resource estimate will be published soon.
