Chalice Mining Limited has unveiled a positive scoping study for its Gonneville Nickel-Copper-Platinum Group Element (PGE) Project in Western Australia. The study outlines a new large-scale, low-cost, low-carbon green metals mine. The project, located on Chalice-owned farmland approximately 70 km north-east of Perth, is expected to yield strong financial returns and regional benefits. The study includes two open-pit development options and models a tier-1 production profile, projecting positive outcomes across a 15Mtpa and 30Mtpa scenario.

The project's strategic location close to Perth offers operational advantages with access to skilled labor, established infrastructure corridors, and straightforward logistics.

Chalice's CEO, Alex Dorsch, highlighted the project's alignment with global decarbonization and urbanization trends and its potential to address the dominance of critical metals supply by other countries. The project is set to undergo a Pre-Feasibility Study with the aim of completion by mid-2025.

Chalice Mining Limited experienced a last price of AU$3.845 with a notable decrease of AU$1.194 (23.710%) and a trading volume of 15,055,087 shares.

Boral Limited Experiences Share Sale by Seven Group Holdings

Boral Limited (ASX: BLD) has reported a share sale by Seven Group Holdings (ASX: SVW). The sale involved 11.1 million fully paid ordinary shares at a rate of AU$4.90 per share.
